u can not put any files in these quiestions
because yahoo not design this option for yahoo answer
if u wana put any file in your Question and u think it will help some who r answering and is connected with your Q u can use some free uploading sites to upload that file and put the link here

I don't believe you can. If people were able to do that, they could send viruses and other nasty things.
