Most women like to be surprised. I would love a romantic out of the way resturant. Somewhere with a veiw. She will remember this moment forever. How To Give Her The Ring

That's great news bro, that feeling must be wonderful, in the end it really doesn't matter, but I would probably do the picnic thing, I guess it would bring you guys closer because you don't have to worry about waiters approaching and disturbing you when you're about to pop the question, a picnic at the park or beach, niiiiiiice, good luck man.

You may want to think that over. It's best to ask her for her hand in marriage if you've been together for a long period of time, usually 12 months or more. Then, take her out to a spot she enjoys the most (if she longs to watch a broadway performance, for example, or there's a restaurant she's dying to try out). Once it's set, keep her comfy and then prepare ask her hand.

i think a picnic is the better choice. you have privacy to really express how you feel, you can only bring/cook her favorite foods, and you can make out without anyone interupting!

however, if you have the kind of gal that is a drama queen who likes big, public displays of attention, then go for the restaurant... her favorite restaurant, the musicians playing, ring in the glass of champagne, etc.

can't decide? ask yourself this: would she rather you send her flowers at work (so everyone can see them) or at home (from you in person)?

either way, make it good... b/c if things go well, she will be telling people this story over and over again for the rest of her life.

You should take her to a fancy restaurant then take her to somewhere romantic like the park when the sun is setting. Then at just the right moment tell her " I promise I will love you forever do you think you could make that promise to?" Then show her the ring.

If i were you, i'd take her to a public place to eat and make sure there are a lot of people (a decent food place)and a P.A. system (for letting you know your order's ready or something to that effect), then propose to her using that very same system (talk to the mgr., they'll let you most of the time)........it shld be smthng that she'll always remember and out of the extraordinary.......make sure that she'll be saying, YES, though.....

take her out on a midnight picnic in a field when it's a full moon like in a romantic movie or a fairy tale, have nice smooth jazz,slightly humming in the background, but set up before you get her there,have someone watch it until you get there and have them leave as soon as you et there without her seeing them and cover her eyes.
