Need to send a letter to my judge in the custody battle due to my ex husband's abuse to the children and the agreement set in place.

Get your lawyer involved in this if you can, or as you know keep copy's of everything. Send the letter from the post office and tell the post office you want to send the letter, and want to get a signed receipt for it, the post office will walk you thu this.

If you have police reports or anyone who wittnessed it that can help you get all there statements and put in in a letter addressed to the judge it helps if you have reports from everyone who knows how he was with the kids all the info you can get can help you

if you dont have any proof of the abuse or any documentation the judge will just ignore your letters. i think you should get a lawyer if your low income you could get a F.I.N.S. (family in need of services lawyer) for free or you could go to the pastor at your church he or she could help you get a lawyer from the christian coalation for women. its called something like that anyway.( they help with divorces too.)

don't waste your time writing letters to a judge...Seek out legal counsel and let them do the petitions in court for you.
