Clinton lied about an issue that 98% of the human race would lie about if they were caught- having an affair. To lie and say it didn't happen is a human reponse to protect yourself, the integrity of your family and the other party. The truth usually outs in the situation, yet it's still a very normal reaction.
Bush's lies, on the other hand, are intentionally DEVIOUS and do not fall into the normal range of human behavior. President Bush's lies were/are designed to deceive the American people because the people, if they knew the truth, would not approve of his misguided foreign and domestic policies. The President is a crooked salesman who turned our democracy into despotism! Only a small percentage of the human race, crooks, frauds and mafia types, engage in the pattern of lies that the President has perpetrated.
So, Clinton- normal human being.
President Bush- EVIL!
For example, President Bush said that he had dutifully informed the Congress about the bank transaction spying program. He didn't inform the Congress about the program UNTIL HE FOUND OUT THE NEW YORK TIMES WAS GOING TO PUBLISH THE STORY!

Bush lies all the time. He lied outright when he said the oil wells were back on line in Iraq.
Bush lied about Iraq - there are no weapons of mass destruction nor did Iraq have anything to do with 9/11.
Bush is being led by neo-fascists in his government - Cheney and Rumsfeld to name 2. They are both members of the Project For the New American Century which wanted Pres. Clinton to invade Iraq around 1997. Clinton told them "no".
Bush is destroying America - we have the greatest deficit in American history - a bigger debt to profit ratio than just about any other country in the world. Also, Bush's tax cuts only favor the rich. The richest people have more wealth than ever while the jobs for the middle class are being eliminated. 3 million jobs gone since he took office.
Bush also conveniently "ignores" the very Constitution he has sworn to uphold by illegal wiretapping and other actions which are against the law. So he is forsworn on his oath of office.
Bush's invasion of Iraq has cost us world opinion so we no longer have friends abroad.
So what did Clinton lie about? Monica? Under Clinton we had NO deficit and all of our social programs were fully funded. Clinton made America prosper.
America is being destroyed by Bush. That's why he's hated.

Maybe it's because he's not a liar. Former President Clinton had a favorable press, could do not wrong in the eyes of the democrats, and chose not to deal with the terrorists. President Bush has had to lead with a press that is over the top, democrats that are angry that they lost the election, compound that with the terrorist attacks , the hurricanes, and going to war, that's allot for any president. Clinton was a consummate politician, Bush is not, but he is an honest man.
We also need to remember that none of these problems just happened, they've been building over a number of years so it's quite unfair to heap all of the responsible for them on one mans shoulders. I grew up in the Southwest, am 56 years old and illegals were a problem when I was growing up. I lived in a small beach community about 10 miles from the border, it was common place to see them come in by the van full. The problem is that no one has ever done anything about it. (not his fault). The terrorist hit us on 911, (not his fault), members of congress on both sides supported the war and thought there were WMD's, when the war looks like it's going badly, some disavow themselves from their original decisions (he can't , someone has to lead). Just think about it, and thanks for not resorting to name calling and bashing, that lessens all of us. Thanks.

34 presidents of the USA are blood related .voting has always been a farce and the American public has been led by the nose for ages.
and all of these presidents had the same bosses and worked toward the same strategy
check all the national parks that Clinton ,(who is related to Rockefeller)has signed away to the UN.
and how much he has changed the condtitution ,in a quiet way
The horrible tyranny that is being created by the Bush junta is a threat to the entire world. For the first time in its history,
Western Civilization as a whole is in danger of being destroyed by a corrupt, criminal ruling cabal which is centered around the Rockefeller interests, which include elements from the Morgan, Brown, Rothschild, DuPont, Harriman, Kuhn-Loeb, and other groupings as well.
This junta took control of the political, financial, and cultural life of America in the first two decades of the twentieth century.
The Bush family, beginning with Prescott Bush, have served as satraps of the Rockefeller, Brown, and Harriman interests.
If some people are too unintelligent or morally deficient to see the tyrannous acts of the Bush administration, if some people are too cowardly to stand against those acts, it's still your individual responsibility as an American citizen to rouse them out of their daze.
Unfortunately it appears it will take at least one more 'al-CIA-duh'- style staged attack to provoke the populous into expelling the whole congress full of traitors and the hoards of other corporate lobbying cockroaches running around DC.
President Bush is simply a puppet of this powerful cabal, and their schemes will be carried out by whatever next president comes to power unless We the People deflect them from this insane, murderous plot for global dom-
inance. Source(s) http://houston.indymedia.org/

I don't hate Bush. I just think he's a lousy president. Clinton lied about a stained dress. Not exactly the same thing. Whatever you think of Clinton, the country was running pretty well with him at the head.

idiot went into war unprovoked, no evidence of weapons of mass destruction, cost thousands of lives, left bin laden alive, turned alot of the world against us, took away social security, gave us a deeper debt than anyone could handle, doesn't support background checks when buying a gun, "patriot act" very unpatriotic, tries to take away the choice of women of whether or not to keep their baby, doesn't suppport stem cell research which could cure incurable diseases, hates mexicans, "Bush doesn't care about black people" (naybe, maybe not, Kanye), did a great job evacuating people out of New Orleans, spies on citizens with phone taps. all clinton said was "i did not have sexual relations with..." bush lied about bigger things and more things. what clinton did was wrong, but when Clinton lied, nobody died.

I think it's because he keeps repeating "That Iraq was making weapons of mass distruction even after the fact that we all know this is not the case. Or maybe it's because he is a liar. Clinton, once the evidence was out on the table was at least honest. He didn't sit there and say after everything, I wasn't with Monica Lewinsky.

Clinton lied. About everything. His massive intelligence funding cutbacks led to CIA/FBI not being able to stop 9/11, period. Economy and Clinton are not-related. Unless you think he instigated dot.com boom. (Gore did invent internet, haha)
Bush doesnt lie..he is just verrrrrrrrry dimwitted. More importantly, he listens waaaaaaay too much to narrow-minded dumba$$es like Cheyney/Rumsfeld/Nemowitz (or whatever that 3rd guy is). "Hi, we're in war with Al Qaeda, so lets goto Iraq??? Huh?"
They both suck, just in different ways.
