Light lower stomach cramping...what could it be??

For the last month or so I've had some pressure and light cramping in my lower abdominals...it feels like really like menstrual cramps, but I've already had my period for the month. It never really hurts, just...pressure all the time. Anyone know what it could be?? Thanks!

Could you be pregnant? Maybe a cyst of some sort?? In any case you need to see a doctor.

costipation or enromitriosis, a gynocologist exam can rule out women problems.
