I think a shimmery white is the best shade in general. You can brush it under your eyebrow to open up the eye area, or dab it around the inside corner of your eye to brighten your look. It looks good on everyone... just don't spread it on like butter all over your lid!

it depends on skin tone, hair color, and eye color...i saw somewhere that if your eyes are brown then you should try a shade of purple...and blue would be brown shawdow...i'm not sure about green though.
