Spider Man is brought to us by Marvel Comics and the Justice League is brought to us by DC Comics. The two do not meet in the middle.

Spider guy is from ask your self. Justice League is DC. and that they do no longer play properly with one yet another. ask your self went bankrupt as a manner to stay above water they offered the rights to heroes like Spider guy, X adult men spectacular 4, to FOX. ask your self with Disney began the avengers franchise yet can not incorporate any of the Characters they offered in a stay action movie, yet they nonetheless own the rights to the comedian books and animations.

I remember when I was a small kid I wondered the samething. At one time my local TV station had the old 60's Spider-Man show on right before the old 60's Superman show(which included a Justice League of America segment). The JLA segment featured Superman, Hawkman, Aquaman(only in opening credits), Green Lantern, Flash, and the Atom(all of which also had solo segments on the cartoon).
I couldn't understand why they didn't have Spidey in the JLA, afterall his show was on right before. ; ) It wasn't until I got a little older and started buying comic books that I found out they were owned by different comic companies(Spidey-Marvel and JLA-DC).
Something else unusual to me was that Batman, who also had a solo segment on the Superman show, also wasn't a member of the JLA. I found out later that it was because the Batman segment was added in a later season, once the JLA segments had stopped.
It wasn't until Super Friends that I got to see Batman in the JLA on TV. Aquaman also got to take part in adventures(not just in the credits), and Wonder Woman(and later others like Green Arrow) also made their TV JLA debuts on Super Friends. Sadly this still left Spidey out in the cold, although as previously stated his new show featured the "Spider-Friends" Firestar and Iceman teaming up with the Wallcrawler.
As a kid I always played Justice League with my friends and, atleast in our little super-hero world, Spider-Man was right there with Superman and company. ; )
