Do not think this is a sexy answer for those who are naughty. Think of a race that has extended the part to a maxiumum of 40 cm.

I know about certain people extending the neck by putting rings round it, or the lips but I doubt that would extend to 40cm.

My smiles are longer because they have mile in the middle
In some african cultures they use rings to extend the neck by this much.
I was going to try the same idea myself somewhere else but couldnt find rings small enough

Oh! That'll be my ........... no 40cm is pulling it a bit much. However if I lie on the floor near the wall I can extend the fingers of my right hand upwards along the wall about 40cms

The lips, I saw a documentary about it and some tribe in Arfica even put plates in them it looked quite nasty to me but they tought it was a sign of beauty!
