Why can't she just buy makeup from a drugstore - is there that big of a difference?

I have found that makeup from department stores is way better than the drugstore stuff. The only thing I use from a drugstore is face wash/nail polish, everything else I prefer from a makeup counter. The quality of the makeup is noticeable when you buy from Macy's or another department store.

She just wants to look beautiful for you. Drugstore makeup is cheap and break some people out, also namebrand make up stays on longer throughout the day and last longer.

Depends on what she's buying. She may have found the perfect product for her at NM. I buy makeup in department stores, it seems to work better. Although my favorite nail polish is Revlon and you can buy that at Walmart. I buy all my cleansers and moisturizers at Walmart too. They actually work better than the expensive stuff. My dermatologist told me to stop using the face care products from the make up counters.

actually there is a big difference. u see some women have to have designer jeans and some have to have designer shirts, i don't really understand this at all i mean y can't they just buy regular clothes? well to get back on track she probally just wants to have the best make up like no smudge eyeshadow and stuff like that.

She likes makeup and she also like the store she buys it from. They apparently treat her nice in that store so she continues to go there to purchase things............like makeup.

Because you let her. Intercept her purchases....take away the c. card, do SOMETHING but get her to stop before you have to file for bankruptcy!!!!!

once a woman finds something she likes, we normally stick with it. there is a difference, you get what you pay for when it comes to make-up
