Do you think some bands and singers like Marilyn Manson and Korn, ruin some/alot of good songs(mostly 70's and 80's)???

The only reamke that I like from Marilyn Manson would be Tainted Cell.
Also sometimes when I listen to some songs on the tv, computer, and radio, I don't really know it's a remake unless I heard the song before sung by someone else.

i like that remake from him too! i think it sounds better from him. but sometimes the remade versions sound horrible but sometimes they sound better.

no i love remakes it is an expression of how they view a certain song or maybe even a certain time period, maybe it is not as good as the original but a remake is not the original but it also reintroduces a whole new generation to a song and maybe the band. my favorite remake would be
NONPOINT-I can feel it coming in the air tonight

I like orginals way better,but some of the remakes are good. Like Joan Jett's remake of Crimson and Clover was tastefully done.

I think Manson's versions are good, not as good as the originals, but an interesting change.
