i've used Proactiv in the past & it didn't really work...what do you recommend???

Visit a dermatologist who can prescribe a medication like Accutane, which contains ultra-high doses of vitamins that permanently shut down your oil glands. There are some side effects, and it will cause birth defects if you get pregnant while on it, but it is an EXCEPTIONAL acne treatment.

I dont know if you are female, but if you are, I would reccomend birth control pills.

I take Mircette, and it has worked better than anything I have ever tryed (including proactive).

Its not like I started taking these just to get rid of zits, but i noticed after a few months that I wasnt worrying about going out of the house without makeup on.

I'm kind of surprised that Proactiv didn't work because I've never heard anything bad about it but try the Mary Kay Time Wise Miracle Set for oily skin. If you don't know a consultant go to www.marykay.com (US) or www.marykay.ca (Canada) to find a consultant where you live.

i tried proactiv also, for about 2 years and i never got the results that i wanted. i went to the dermatologist and he gave me Benzaclin..it works reallyyyy good i totally recommend it! i also buy acne free and use the first two steps of that and then instead of the repair lotion that they give you as the third step, i replace it with the benzaclin. it works so good!

did you use it as directed because me and all my friends uses it if proactiv doesn't work for you.you might need to make you an appointment with your dermatologist.

u can see a dermatologist .He may recommend that u do chemical peeling .or any other method to get rid of this problem.

i tried a new product called acne free and it works much better than proactiv

it has stronger bensoil peroxide

u can get it at drug stores

u have to b consistent with it in order to see the full results. have a lil patience and keep ur hands off of ur face
