Only if you do them with someone who is fat... the law of reciprocity you know... they give up a few pounds... you pick up a few pounds...
The problem is finding a fat person who want's to lose some weight... is willing to give some to you... and isn't a lazy bastard. Most fat people are simply too lazy to do 120 push ups in a day, let alone getting them to do 120 push ups a day, six days in a row... chances are they will give up somewhere around the twentieth push up... if you find someone who completes 120 in a day, they'll probably give up on day two or three... and there you will be... a skinny little guy, with no chest, and a fat friend who is pissed off at you because you asked him to lose weight and give you a little at the same time.

no. It is not advisable to excersize that much every day either. You shouldn't do that many push ups at a time. Do them in sets of about 20 and then take a break. It is impossible to tone your muscles in 6 days. If you are skinny it is harder to build muscle mass for you probably. To gain muscle mass you should try to increase your protein intake with a change in diet and protein shakes. Get a trainer if you really want to make the change.

If you deliberately overwork your muscles by exercising to failure every day, then after six days they will be damaged and inflamed, so they will look bigger. But for real gains you need to work them every other day since they take 24 hrs at least to repair themselves and grow. And it'll take more than 6 days.
