The only people who are not eligible to serve on juries in Nevada are those who are not qualified electors (those who are not U.S. citizens), those who do not have sufficient knowledge of the English language, those who have been convicted of treason, a felony, or other infamous crime, or those who are rendered incapable by reason of physical or mental infirmity.
QUOTE:
[E]very qualified elector of the State, whether registered or not, who has sufficient knowledge of the English language, and who has not been convicted of treason, a felony, or other infamous crime, and who is not rendered incapable by reason of physical or mental infirmity, is a qualified juror of the county in which he resides. A person who has been convicted of a felony is not a qualified juror of the county in which he resides until his civil right to serve as a juror has been restored pursuant to NRS 176A.850, 179.285, 213.090, 213.155 or 213.157.

I think like anywhere else, you would have to be of legal age, a resident of the municipality, and not a felon, or mentally incapacitated. However, if you want to get off jury duty, just tell the judge you could never be unbiased in a rape or domestic abuse case.
