He's won the World Cup with Brazil, got Portugal to the Euro 2004 final and is doing fairly well in this World Cup. Is he a tactical genius?

The man is scum. The way he lets his team play and cheat is unheard of. Against Holland he gave a verbal attack on Marco van Basten that was unheard of. Dutch FA have said that they had to call in a FIFA observer prior to the game Port-Neth because our Mr. Scolari was seen coming out of the referee's dressing room ! That has also been given as a reaso for the Dutch ruthless attacks in the first few minutes.

Without a doubt. Would Portugal be in the semi-finals of the World Cup without him--NO. Having talent and managing talent is the true test of a great coach. Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Figo,Deco and Maniche have been managed to achieve their full potential. Brazil is the best team on paper;and their out.
