Some people there is no reasoning with.
If you have tried to work things out with her, then you are left with what to do to keep your own sanity.
If you own your home you might really want to consider a fence, maybe a 6ft high privacy fence. This will keep her out of your business entirely..it wil also keep the people who mow your lawn from going where they should not go.
Fences save sanity :)

She's crazy, your words not mine.
Obviously she see's your lawn services mowing her lawn different than you.
Ok, she's allowed that. It's how she handled it is the problem.
Simple explanation for her bad behavior, you said it yourself.
She's a crazy. Be careful about calling her that. More than likely calling her crazy isn't politically correct.
So, instead, call her, "congeniality challenged"
You neighbor's, is a "congeniality challenged" women who has strained your good nature well past reasonable expectations for any human being with her extremely unreasonable behavior.
My advice?
Don't even consider moving,that's out.
Just smile, waving pleasantly when ever you see her, but totally ignore any verbal exchange, no matter what.
It'll drive her crazy. Good Luck

I think that you should try to talk to her and ask her if there is a particular reason that she seems to have a problem with you. If she has no legitimate reason to be so mean to you, the two of you should agree that you don't get along and to just ignore each other rather than being mean. If she harasses or threatens you, call the police.

Keep your distance. Some people are psycho. Talk to the lawn service and explain to them how the grass needs to be cut and just stay away from her if at all possible. If she harasses you, you can get a restraining order.

I find it amusing how you city dwellers live bunched up like insects in a hive, and yet can't understand why you don't get along with each other. Since you've stated that moving isn't an option, your choices are limited. You two can either get over it or one of you can blow the others brains out.

I had a neighbor like that. I ran a privacy fence along the entire length of our adjoining property. Then the old a sshole had the audacity to die six months later.

A fence... or a wall... a big one with barbed wire, dogs and maybe some gun turrets. Or you could always ask her to sit down over some coffee and she whats the deal. If its somet that can be changed or if you really do just hate eachother. Good luck
