You need to find some time to yourself. Get some one to watch them for a few hours, so you can go shopping or see a movie or go out on a date. It will help you to keep in a sane mind. The happier you are, the happier you will make your boys.

Be as energetic as they are, same time, same way.. do not sit to read or wtach tv or chat seriously with a friend while they are jumping here and there .. but do all the work that needs high energy !!
make your sechdual to match theirs, and when they get tired to sleep, do what you want !!
organise your time, your life will get organised :)

You can message me anytime to vent. I joined a gym today, worked out an hour and a half, and I feel sooo much better after that. It's a good stress reliever. I found a gym where I can bring the kids with me, they sit with a sitter while I workout. It's great.

Find a patient and dependable baby sitter and take at least one night a month off and go out. Ladies night out with girlfriends does me wonders. We take turns organizing and the hostess gets to pick time, day, location, etc. We go to dinner, movies, bowl, putt putt, shopping, church ladies night. Always something different, always fun. If the kids are out you can host at home, pick a theme and run with it. We've done Polynesian, Chocolate, Pampered Chef, Pizza and movie.

Get out of the house occasionally, and do something just for you. If you can't afford a babysitter, do you have a friend or someone you can leave them with for awhile? Even if it is just grocery shopping that you can do in peace, it is worth it!

take out about 30min-2hrs for herself doing wat she wants to do, shopping, spa, sleep, meditation, reading, watching tv, etc, watever suits u, send them to a babysitter just for a few hrs u can do this once a week everyday how ever long u need
