first thing is to stop licking them.that saps the moisture out! once you got that down try vitamin E and aloe directly to your lips...but don't lick! lol! it can upset ur tummy. also vitamin E and aloe caps are available at any health food store, take them. burts bees wax products are great as well, they are totally natural and they taste n smell great!

A good iron-free daily supplement like Pioneer brand 1+vitamin mineral

Udo's Choice Oil Blend on your food daily

Raw foods, orange and yellow vegetables, dark greens.

Just about any healthy lip balm that has aloe vera in it....lips won't peel like they do with Chapstick (garbage)

avoid TONS of water, can flood the kidneys and overwork them.....drink when you are thirsty, if you have a normal thirst pattern.

hope you feel better soon!

You can't go wring with a natural diet rich in vegetables and fruits. But the way I avoid chapped lips (which can also happen in air conditioned rooms durin the summer, as well as during cold winters) is to wear lip balm 24/7. I use tinted lip balm during the day and a clear one while I sleep. I'm so used to it, I can't sleep without it on. I buy them in the health food store, because drug store brands feel irritating to me. Too many artificial additives.

Try an Aloe Vera plant. Break the leaf off and apply the juicy center to your lips. It's a natural medicine that has many uses.
