ipod video?

it looks like itunes doenst read my ipod, it doesnt say Jonah's iPod anymore, and 'update iPod' isnt an option under 'file' anymore

i had that with my puter b/c my puter was not USB 2 compatible, which your ipod is. although if you've gotten it to say your ipod's name on that same puter that i would guess it was the cable connecting them might be faulty. those are really the only two possibilities.

try resetting it or contact tech support i've had 2 ipods there were faulty
