This is going to be fitted in a bistro and will be supplying the kitchen sinks plus hand washing in the bar and toilets.Any help and guidance much appreceated

One is direct the other beats around the bush, which is more than george michael does.

This question is a bit worrying, if you are the plumber fitting it you shouldnt be, and if you are someone who is getting a plumber to fit it why not ask the plumber.

It's how the water is heated... I'm not sure in detail but one heats the water by direct contact, the other heats a sealed seperate water container that heats your water via a heat exchanger. does that make sense...

DIERECT PRESSURE HOT WATER USES LINE PRESSURE FROM THEY CITY. INDERECT PRESSURE MEANS A SEPRATE BOOSTER PUMP LOCATED IN THE LINE.
