In the event of a tie, should teams play sudden death overtime OR penalties, to see who wins the game?

i liked the golden goals in the 2002 wc.. those were more interesting and more fun to watch..

they shoot penalty kicks after 2 overtimes, but only if its 0-0

if its 1-1 or something like that it would just stay as a tie

i personally would like to see the sudden death in the event of a tie in the Fifa world cup.

It would be better just penalties. No extra time.
