they aren't as good as getting to know a person YOU chose yourself and then marrying that person.arranged marriages have the risk of divorce more or so often cause you might not even like the person you are arranged to marry to.I think it is a bad way of starting a relationship.

Totally disagree with arranged marriages, although I know that this is a reality in some cultures.

Any relationship can work with a good attitude and a sense of humor.
Perhaps the divorce rate would go down, as people making there own decision on who to marry is still ending up wrong 66% of the time.

i dont think anyone should be made to marry someone that they dont love, so an aranged marriage is not the way to go unless you end up loving that person.

Not a good idea for the woman. Great deal for the guy. He doesn't even have to court her. She's stuck in a lifetime of slavery.

Where i come from we have the right to marry who we want. I don't want anyone choosing who i spend the rest of my life with. They don't have to spend it with that person i do so there for MY decision

I don't be live in it. I think everyone should have the right to get married to someone they know and trust. Not saying that you can't have that but who wants to be with someone they don't even know? I wouldn't do it.
