My left tesical is gone below the right testical and my penis kind of turned towards left actually its look like one ball and this disbalancing causes me pain also. Please let me know what this is all about and what's its remedy.

Only a doctor could tell you what that is for sure, but it sounds like testicular cancer. You really need to get that checked out. If it weren't for the hard lump, you would be describing a hernia, but please go to your doctor. It is important.

might just be sist. Dont think i spelt that right but it may just be a sac filled with fluid if not, no worries, it can be romoved but nothing to worry, it could be cancer on the other hand. so yea get going to see a doctor right away.

You need to go tothe doc NOW!!! It is probably nothing, but it could be testicular cancer.

could be cancer.. could be a cyst... could be a lymphnode.. and pain? umm you might just have a urinary tract infection.. you should proabably go to the doctor
