Well, hopefully you learn from them. Now, if it is something like your wife left you or you were molested or some other dramatic experience then I would probably be ANGRY too for a time. Then I would get over it and move on with life using what I had learned through my experience to help others who might experience the same thing.

Bad experiences are bad because they make us feel horrible. The most important thing in any situation -- good or bad -- is to find out how a situation came about. If it's a good situation, you want to find out how you can repeat the same good results. If it is a bad situation, you want to find out how you can do something better or avoid something horrible the next time a similar situation comes about.

The best example I can use is this: If you never knew what fire was and touched it to find out. You would get burned. After getting burned you would know the next time not to touch the fire because it is too hot to touch. But, the positive side and lesson would be to learn to cook and heat food with this flame.

Whatever the bad experience ... do know that it will pass. Good luck.

You take the good from the bad and learn from it. If it doesn't kill you, it can only make you stronger. If it only pisses you off, you're holding yourself back from total happiness. You can't be bitter due to something you go through, you must take the positives and negatives from the situation and apply the good to your life, drop the bad and press on with life. You can't let anyone/anything control your emotions or you'll never have stability in your life.

They don't always make you stronger. Sometimes they do. But, more than anything, they increase your range of experiences, so that, overall, you have more knowledge about the way the world works, the way reality is, etc. Sometimes it's painful. Sometimes not. Hopefully, eventually, we learn a lot from our experiences and learn to stay away from those things that are bad for us.

bad expieriendces are supposed to make you stronger because you are supposed to learn from them. they may make you angry and hateful but the key is to get past that and move on. once you do that hopefully you learn what happend thay went wrong or what you could of changed and not make the same mistake again

bad experiences make you stronger by showing that you can get through it and learning from it at the same time. it's what used to be called "character building". It also makes you understand when others are going through hard times, so that you have empathy.

Just like when you make a mistake you learn from it. The same goes for a bad experience, we learn from them. It teaches us to be better person and if a situation like that arise again, the next time around, we will know how to handle it.

the key is to learn from them to avoid having another experience like that again, try to remember that no matter how bad it seems there is a life lesson in it, it takes time
