You don't really give too much information to go on, but if your wife hates you, maybe you should split up! Marriage doesn't work when there is hate involved!

your wife most likely does not hate you she probably just dont like the way you handle things at times but you both need to seriously need to talk more about the way you really feel but not hateful. if you know what i mean.

Maybe because you don't spend enough time with just her. Or maybe you don't say sweet things to her or maybe you don't surprise her with things or take her out to do what she enjoys. Or maybe your lazy may be you should give some more information
