When you are in public, i.e., a restaurant, a movie theater, a store, the bank, etc., what do other people do that annoys you the most?

When I'm in the Movie Theatre and some guy is talking on his cell phone. Also when a kid starts to cry or the person in the back of me is kicking the seat. Or when the guy in front of me won't sit still!

potato chip bags annoy the hell out of me (happens at school and movie theaters) I'm trying to take a test and someone is worried about getting their damn potato chip bag open. I make everyone in my family put their chips in bowls. It serouisly drives me insane.
