No, you just need a club or organization and the fee to make it become a non profit-which back in 93 was $50.

No, you don't, but you do need a board of directors who preferably have some experience in the field.

hell no little girl. All you have to do to be non-profit is the sign the ******* papers. They you don't have to pay your ******* taxs.
