Hey Georgie .. you sound like a big Mets fan. Thanks for answering my question but the Yanks did win this century. Actually right in the beginning against the Mets. Remember 2000?

And the Mets will clinch in Sept. 11.

A team that looked stellar just a week ago is showing some struggles. Perhaps it's just due to facing a superior American League. It'll be interesting to see how they bounce back when returning to familiar NL opponents. I'll say September 15.

The Mets are leading the second place team by more games then the second place team has left to play.

I would say September 1st. They are on a tear...in my opinion, they are the best team in the NL this year...then again I'm not a big NL fan...

Nah. I think the Braves will come up from behind, as usual, and put the Mets where they always wind up later in the season.
