No, I have a Sandisk Sansa e260 with the latest firmware.

It only dispays in the following languages:
- English
- French
- Italian
- German
- Spanish
- Netherlands
- Swedish

Not sure about the Sansa e200 but all Samsung and iRiver mp3 players display Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
