If you just got her, she is just adjusting to the new enviroment.
I wouldn't worry unless you see red tears and/or blood around the nose. Then you must consider stress and possible risk of respiratory infection being the causes.

What kind of litter and bedding are you using? Is it dust free? Or is it pine or cedar? Pine and cedar are bad for small animals respiratory tracts and this may be the beginning of the trouble.
Litter that is not dust free can get into their noses too and sneezing is the only way for them to clear their nasal passages.
They are very low to the ground and sniff a lot. Things get up their noses easily. It might be no big deal right now, but check your bedding anyway.
I've used old t-shirts for bedding before and Yesterdays News for litter and did okay with it. The shirts for bedding were cool, because they were basically free, I use my sons outgrown ones and they were washable, so I changed them frequently. As long as I kept the Yesterdays News scooped at least daily it did great for me too.

Unless your rat is sneezing excessively or you start seeing red around the nose, then your rat is fine. Rats tend to sneeze a lot.
