do you mean eyes?

It is ALMOST impossible for a person to keep their eyelids open during a sneeze. The reflex of shutting the eyes serves no obvious purpose: the nerves serving the eyes and the nose are closely related, and stimuli to the one often trigger some response in the other.

It's easily possible to keep your eyes open whne you sneeze. You won't end up with eyeballs on your cheek or burst eyeballs. Closing your eyes is an automatic reaction to a sneeze, but if you know a sneeze is coming and you concentrate on keeping your eyes open, it's easy.

So, the correct answer is it's impossible to keep open your anus when you sneeze, unless you want to have a little poo-poo action.

Your eyes. In most people the medulla oblongata sends a reflex to the eyes, throat and nose during sneezing. This tightens and loosens certain muscles to allow mucous to shoot through the channel at upwards of 100mph. Some people do not have this reflex, but don't worry, their eyes aren't going to shoot out.

sure, i will. I easily have practiced employing a wee little bit of tissue rolled right into a variety of spike. you "tickle" your nostril with it and it induces a sneeze. i'm no longer very good at keeping my eyes opened if I sneeze by employing surprise, yet i'm a dab hand at doing it whilst i exploit the wee tissue approach. attempt it, it quite is a great funds winner at events!!!!

Your eyes, if you somehow were to be able to keep them open, they probably pop right out. I suggest not to try it.
