Both my wife and I are Christians and we both chose not to have kids to the point of me getting a vasectomy many years ago. Kids are not for everyone and those people having them when they really cannot afford them are just going to make their life harder and the kid is going to grow up in poverty. Some people think that if you marry you musts start a family that is crap in my opinion babies are not cheap; it is hard enough this day and age with our economy to live paycheck to paycheck without kids. I prefer having some loyal animals that never talk back, don't use you like an ATM, and never tell you to Foff.. The only downside is cleaning up poop sometimes or vomit I'm okay with that. Kids are a choice no matter the religion; there is no reason you must have kids!

here is the definition for you.
These terms apply when parents remarry. Sometimes they are used interchangeably, but they have distinct and well-defined meanings. The key distinction is that half siblings have one parent in common but not both; stepsiblings have no parents in common.
