any color,as long as its fresh and not soft.I CAN ALWAYS TELL not at the first bite, but after several times chewing and as long as i can taste plenty of delicious hot juice sipping out on my tongue, and when its like that i just love second portion. which is not always so soon available.

too much white reminds me off milk so not much white is preferable by me. but as long it makes me happy i dont really care
