Transmutation is alot harder than it looks. It's not like how they do it on FMA you have to follow the laws of alchemy. You have to actually use a small lab setup. If anyone has any further questions on how to do it just e-mail me at crystalalchemist09@yahoo.com.

Alchemy went the way of the dodos a long time ago. Transmutation is simply changing one element into another and is now the realm of nuclear physics. It is possible to transmute elements, but not profitably. It happens naturally to radioactive elements (example, uranium naturally decays to lead). It is also possible to initiate a nuclear reaction, but the cost in initial materials and energy is much greater than the value of the elements produced.

Hi. You need lots of two things to transmutate elements. Pressure and time. Pressure means REALLY HIGH pressure as in the center regions of a star. Time means waiting for the element you want to form. Carbon forms pretty quickly, Iron take a while longer, and anything with a higher atomic weight than Iron (56) takes a supernova.

Yes, Alchemy flourishes because it is such a successful field.

You often meet people at retirement resorts living the good life, who made all their money in Alchemy.

Don't let anybody tell you that Alchemy died out before the renaissance because nobody ever transmuted anything.

pssst.... I have a tacklebox slap full of gold sinkers.

Well, this question should be in Physics, but I will try.

You take 4 Hydrogen atoms, place them under a lot of pressure and heat and they will transmute into one helium atom.

If you are talking about the old problems of transmuting lead into gold, I would suggest that you ask Harry Potter.

Get a really clean glass, a teaspoon, a cup of milk, and any chocolate syrup or powder. Pour milk in glass and add 1-2 teaspoons. Stir well (very important) POOF!! pure alchemy!

No, it doesn't work. If it did, everyone would be rich and there would be plenty of working formulas on Google.

Nice try. Next?
