Has anyone ever been there? Bahamas? How did you like it? When were you there and why?

I was there in February a year ago on a cruise. It was totally awesome. Now it's my favorite place to go.

Was there the week before Chistmas 2005. Was wonderful. I have traveled all over the Carribbean and Mexico and Atlantis is one of the finest places I ever stayed. Food was very expensive there so be prepared. Beach is great and service is also wonderful. Lots to do there also.

my first visit to the amazing hotel was during a Disney cruise. we stayed there overnight cause there was a hurricane out in the ocean.
it was the best experience ever!!
i took a taxi to the hotel and walked around for a bit. the first slot machine i put money in i won $100.00 --which i was SO happy cause at the time I was a VERY poor Disney cast member!
so i decided to cash out my winnings and leave. well as i was leaving a Man asked me where i was going. i told him i was leaving ---his response was "well instead of leaving why don't you gamble with my money" so i sat there and gambled all night for free, i ended up gambling ten thousand dollars and none of it was mine :-)
then i left and went back to my ship..... the man i had met got a good night hug and that was it (cause i am a chick with class not a gold digger)
it was a great story and a fun night... and i have a hurricane to thank for it!

I've been there a few times. I really enjoy it, it is a beautiful resort, with a nice location. My first visit was during a cruise, but since then I've stayed a couple of times for vacation. My most recent visit was in May, but that was just for a shore excursion, I didn't stay there that time.
But I still enjoy it!

yes it is. the hotels beautiful and did you see that huge stingray? i left me speechless. i did like it and the last time i went i believe was last year. i went there because of a cruise, it was one of the ports that we stopped at.

I LOVED IT!! there was soo much to do.. iwent there for sprink break! it was soo fun!! great clubs and evertyhitng! HOTT BODIES! there was soo much to do i suggest you go
