I'd say John Hopkins by far, because it seems like some of the best doctors in the country went there for med school. Then, Bayor, Rice, Harvard, and Yale (that's just my opinion). But you can check out this website for the top 100 Colleges in the nation. You should be able to get a good idea of which one's best for you. And they have links to the college's websites.

Villanova has a really good Biology Program. You can even get a combination BS/MS in biology there. On their page for Graduate and career opportunities, they list that you can use that knowledge in biology with a MBA in the business area, environmental law, or jobs with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association.
Those reasons are why I say Villanova, because you can go into not only medicine, but business (like if you wanted to work in the corporate setting at a pharmaceutical company - AstraZeneca, Wyeth, Merck, Johnson & Johnson), law and environment fields.
I don't attend there myself, but I've looked into it alot because Villanova is one of the colleges I like. I haven't looked into the medical direction of using a biology degree, but I'm sure that they have a great pre-med program to go with what they offer in undergraduate/graduate biology.
