Boiling water???!!!!!! That will kill any plant, they like cold water.
Far as I know, vinegar doesn't do much harm to weeds but is an excellent bug repellent.

Next year plant your beans and cukes on a trellis, and after they start to climb mulch underneath with wood chip mulch. They look very pretty and are way easier to harvest, and weeding (id required) is a snap.

For this year looks like you will be removing the weeds the old fashioned way.

Have fun.

Unfortunately the best way to get rid of the weeds is right from the beginning when you put in your plants. After you weed, put in plants, scratch some preen into the soil. It keeps weed seeds from germinating. It doesn't kill existing weeds but it sure keeps them from growing back. So if you can weed now and put in the preen and you should be weed free the rest of the season. You can get Preen at any store such as Walmart, Home Depot, ....Good luck!
