It will grow back out of the same folicle.Got a problem with this or thinning hair try the stuff I'm using by Shen Min.Punh it into your browser and you'll see sites where you can buy it pretty cheap. This is no joke this stuff realy works. It's not your typical hair care scam.It has a positive affect on body hair color also.I wouldn't lie to you about this cause I've been frustrated by the same problems including thinning hair.Don't worry it doesn't make the hair all over your body grow.Check out the site.

More will grow whether you pluck it or not. It's part of the aging process. Plucking does not make it go any faster.
