Depends on if it is with a different person every month, or if you are in a relationship...how old you are...etc...
If you are married, I think you need to try to spice things up a little more...no less than 4 times a month...thats only once a week, you can make time for that.

Okay for what? That's what I'd want to know. If you feel like that is good for you and your relationship, then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. But think it through, talk to your partner. If something doesn't feel right, maybe you should do something about it. Only you can know for yourself. I prefer at least once a week, but that's not always possible.

It is if both partners think it is. If you only want it once a month and your partner wants it every week then there is a problem. They will feel deprived and that you must not love them.
So you need to talk to your partner and find out.
Some people have sex every day. So it is all up to you.

The frequency of sex should be whatever suits the people involved...if it's once a day, a week, a month, a year...if it suits those involved, that is all that matters...
If it does not suit both parties, then whomever is dissatisfied needs to address the situation with their partner...

not for me I need it more then that I get it about 4-5 times a week so once a month would drive crazy I couldn't do it

Hey if that is what you wish for you should keep that in mind , but I dont think that your boyfriend or whatever will like it so much. Boys like that about us girls and if you take it and make it shorter then the will have nothing else BIG to do. But like i said its your life babe do what you want to do
