Everything comes in 3's. If the spirit has visited you 3 times and it is always in the same context of thought or process, then you might think about delving deeper into answering the questions of: Who is it? What did this sprit do? did it say something to you? or make a horrible screeching sound? if it did and it was a women then it was most likely a banchcee (SP) are you irish by chance or have irish in your family? someone could be dieing or just died it is said on the 3rd night when the banchee screams is when the person there wailing over is to die...
