This answer was originally for a Kevin Trudeau book, but it might help you. I have bought the audio CD (and later borrowed the book from my friend which is more elaborate). I have to say it's not an actual "thing". *bummer* What he's opening your eyes to however is this: secret additives to our foods which make us AND KEEP US fat! I started watching not how much but what I eat about a year ago. I am a big carnivore, so I didn't go crazy and stopped eating everything. Nor do I eat grass now... But after I listened to the tape, I now very carefully check every food label I buy. But mostly I buy organic. I have since lost 12 pounds, (I wasn't fat to beging with) and have not had a migrane for almost 10 months. I have stopped having wicked cramps before my period, my skin never looked better. (I am 24) Also my husband has -no lie- less gray hair. If you need more info on this, I am a walking encyclopedia now.

Saint Anthony's Fire, didn't you know Ergot is an herb that has NOT been approved for use by the German Commission E Monographs! The Commission E Evaluation of Herbs/botanicals and phytochemicals is akin to the PDR physicians use for prescribing conventional medications, in case you didn't know...

Just for grins and giggles, the "alternative" remedy for treating addiction to ergot would have a high likelihood of including an AMPUTATION of one of your limbs. Either that or sticking your behind in a psych ward!

Ergot is dangerous to the circulation of the legs and most doctors are careful that patients do not stay on it anywhere near long enough to get hooked on it. Awareness of the danger may defeat the addiction suddenly. For migraine get away from stress, pineapple, too much sleep, too little sleep, noise, light, wheat, chocolate and get another medicine prescribed.

You could use EFT to rid yourself of the addiction and then use it to help with the migraines as wel.

I would also suggest that you use a detox program to assist your system from ridding itself of the build up and also to cleanse it from other environmental toxins as well as anything else you might ingest that is causing headaches. For that I would suggest Amazonian Rainforest Herbal Remedies.

Check out the sites listed for info on both of these and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Peace, Kathleen
