I think that it will depend more on the potential candidate than on gender or ethnicity. For example, it seems that a lot of Americans are willing to have Hillary Clinton as president. But about ten years ago, Colin Powell probably could have had the job if he wanted it.

If I had to venture a guess, I'll say a male minority, mostly because they're more likely to get a VP nod (on a winning ticket), and that is a good indicator.
