Question is real & it hinges on understanding that way politicians are discussing the problems we in the US are facing in foreign & domestic affairs is not about getting together & solving them but rather it is about who wins political power & priviledges the next time elections are held.(that is the partial meaning of the term to politicize) I think my general question, directed equally to both parties, is perfectly clear & that stmts to the contrary by the likes of certain biased political participants are attempts to trivialize my question. If you can ask the question more pointedly in the allotted box of 110 characters do so but do it elsewhere or otherwise adopt a more cooperative attitude & try to answer the question posed which gives everyone the leeway to take it in any direction they want. Criticizing the question or the poser is an all too common event in this forum & it is not a constructive contribution. I certainly will not consider it an answer worth rewarding 10 pts to.

Give an example, instead of a blanket statement.
Do you mean spending,
or military resources
or policy
or diplomacy
or strategy
or do you mean having any opinion on any subject that varies.
The world isn't black and white.

good question... First of all a politician is always a politician. Once you understand that you realize the platform from which they use their statements or position is always about themselves. Each wants the credit for doing something or anything. The Dem's being out of power (and believe me power is the only thing they want) cannot say anything positive about the current administration, they just won't do it. On the other side the republicans put forth ideas to go after the islamo fascists and the Dem's try to stop it or put roadblocks because of (go back to previous statement that Dem's only want power back) ("remember the I voted for it , before I voted against it") it is the only way they know how to use politics to try to win back power. Just listen to what the Dem's say, not the rhetoric(they like to use words like min. wage, health care, SS, high gas prices, etc., etc.) listen for an actual idea. You will not get one from the democrats because they don't have any. Next time one opens his or her mouth listen for an idea... I mean a real idea .... you won't find it...

i will allow you recognize that it quite is liberalism that they hate the main. They hate what libs have executed with their freedom they do no longer settle for homosexuals they do no longer settle on your perversions I see which you're so complete of your self which you forgot to pass into any "motives at the back of Islamic terrorism" which you or your ilk have "tried to discover" You presented up no longer something you pompous blowhard. Good Question. What's needed is unity right now. 'one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all' should be our main goal. Not personal special interests for one group or another. If you read the Koran(sp.whatever) you either conform or you will be beheaded.
They are taught that garbage from day one.

Democrats can, but unless the solution or plan involves suspension of our constitutional rights, blanket monitoring of American citizens, crushing a child's testicles, or no-bid contracts for Halliburton, then the Democrats must be "weak on domestic security".
