i cant call an exterminator, i dont wanna hurt my aunt's feelings. i dont wanna make tooo much noise either cuz she'll find out. i think i like the 'lighting them on fire' idea.

The fact is that killing them isn't enough. They lay tons of eggs that hatch and you just get more cockroaches. You need to cut off the water and food supply they are getting then they'll just scurry off. If that is impossible then a serious extermination is necessary. I suggest a environmental friendly exterminator that uses assassin bugs to predate upon the cockroaches or an electric exterminator that zaps your entire house with a cool blue electric gun that fries the cockroaches and their eggs. If you like insecticides and the effects on your health and your possible children's health then use the Orkin Man. That cock-knocker really can kill a bug with his 500 gallon septic can of lethal goo adhered to his back.

Cockroaches can't die unless you use a special chemical that reeks, If you dont want to dirty yourself up call someone else to do it like an exterminator. A cockroach can live 3 weeks - 1 month with its head off.

Boric acid - (its a powder) found over the counter in the cleaning supplies section of most retail outlet stores such as wal-mart
It will not only kill the roach, but the acid also sticks to their legs, where they carry it back into the nest - thus killing the problem at its source.

Their is this type of roach killer it's at Home Depo, it's like in a tube, looks like a needle looking thing, but there's no needle in it it's just an injection tube pretty much. It works really well my dad used it when I was living with them, I'm married now, but if I had cockroachs I would use it.

Check the store for an insect killer and if that doesn't work call an exterminator.

The best way to deal with roaches is to make friends with them. Give them all names and you will no longer want to kill them. Pro-Lifer
