It depends on the royal family. For example in England, Princess Anne married 2 guys who were commoners. Her brother the Duke of York, married Sarah Ferguson who was a commoner. The same is true in Monaco, where the late Princess Grace was a commoner when she wed Prince Rainier and her daughter Stephanie has been married to commoners, so has her other daughter Princess Caroline, but now she married a royal. If you were to try and marry into the German noble houses, some have house laws, where they can not marry commoners or they will lose membership in the house, but since the Germany nobility is actually abolished, titles are only used for social purposes, I dont see the problem with that.
In Muslim countries, its quite different. I think they have to marry someone who is a Muslim and probably other royalty as well. There was the incident of the american marine who married a muslim princess, they have divorced, after the marine said he was threatened the entire time they were married. Their story was made into the tv movie, "The Princess and the Marine."

Well, you answered part of your question yourself, maybe without realizing it, because as you say it's a preference. Some guys do, and some don't; like breast augmentations. I think it's normal to like what you like, but as I feel about preferring one 'type' over another, most men are at least slightly obsessed with the female form and all it's wonderful curvaceousness. My guess is that after some time has passed you will find that the girl who is attached to those magnificent mammalia, will be more important to you than her outer appearance and you will love everything about her, including what ever size and shape her breasts happen to be. On a personal note: my preference is the natural boob, because fake ones can be too firm and "plastic" and so don't feel as good as a more yielding variety, i.e.- I like the real thing just fine! I do think that women should be happy with themselves and not bow to "societal pressures", but we both know the reality of that is somewhat different than just saying that, and it's more complex of an issue than that. You are definitely not alone however, if others did not like enhancements of this sort, women wouldn't subject themselves to these procedures. I hope this has helped.

I just read an article today that said that every single person in the entire world bloodline can be traced back to royalty in some form...count, duke, princess, queen, king, etc.! So, you're already "royal" my friend! Hope I made your day!

I don't know about the laws in Saudi Arabia, but it would depend on the laws in the country where the princess is from.

It would depend on the culture and heratige of the countries involved. For your example, i would say no, but take a look at the late princess diana and dodi al fayed, they were very likely to marry before they both died.

It really depends on the countries involved, the child actress Shirley Temple married a royal, and they're still married for all I know, unless one or the other has died, or they got a divorce and I haven't heard or read about it as I haven't read up on it in years.

All countries have their own rules, about that. But Grace Kelly was a princess and she married a non royal. That doesn't mean it was permitted, but she did it.
