go to tools on the 1st toolbar then go to "popup blocker" then click:"turn off popup blocker"

If it is Yahoo popup blocker then press popup blocker on the Yahoo toolbar then press disable

go to tools --> pop up blocker on your web page and allow pop ups

from "add or remove programs" from control panel, just click on remove for you popup blocker in list.
