Unless you get lucky you won't win money. BlackJack has the best odds but it's still a loser's game unless you know how to count cards. Craps is the next best but unless you really know the game AND are lucky you won't win anything.
The only 2 games in the casino that really have people making a living with are poker and sports betting. Both require hours if not days of work along with a little luck.
My adivce is this. You will lose money. Any strategy used to make money requires so much work it's not worth it for the average Joe to attempt. So just go and have some fun. Just remember not to overspend. The 1st rule of gambling is money management.

When I go to Vegas I never gamble. I see the shows, hit the clubs, get good food, and flirt with every college girl I find. Everyone with any real knowlege in the gaming business knows just about all the gambling you can do in Vegas you can also do right from your own home often with better odds.

each day, as soon as you are up, whether it be 5 dollars or 500 dollars, stop! winning 50 dollars a day for 5 days = $250 dollars, and suppose you don't listen to my advice and lose 100 dollars a day for 5 days....thats a 750 dollar difference
the only way they get you is that you keep playing....thats why they pump oxygen into the room and don't have any clocks anywhere on the gaming floor

Watch the travel channel, they always have shows about vegas. Also in the hotel rooms, they usually have a channel to teach you how to play the games. Gooooooood Luck!
