my brother has an electric guitar but he never uses it so he said that i can start a band with my friends but I don't know how to play guitar. can anybody help?

The Library is the best plane but more specificly,
Guitar For Dummies is the best. I learned how to play like Green Day in weeks!

You may try the library. However, guitar books are hard to get because so many people get them out. You will probably have to reserve the books.

yes!! there is something called tabliture....it reads very easaly and you should look around the net for it cuz its everwhere! and for free.

It reads as fallows

There is six lines, each corresponding with a string on your guitar. the you will see numbers that corresponds with which fret (the mettle lines that run up the fingerboard) to put your finger on.... practice hun, you'll get it

Your profile gives no clue to where you are but,...if you have Comcast digital Cable, go to "On Demand", clik thru the first page of options to second page...top selection is "Music", select it...bottom of next page says "Guitar Lessons"...go for it.

try eBay.com for books on how-to play, i just sold my guitar and the how-to book
