Actually, I found it most interesting to see all the different sizes and locations of the stomach that were in the range of normal. In genetics I learned that just one specific arrangement of DNA can produce or 8 million possible outcomes. That means if you were to have 8 million clones of yourself made, you would have 8 million people and no two be identical. Think about it. Siblings have the same DNA yet unless they're identical twins, they don't look exactly alike.

Each of those features can be diffrent sizes and shapes. the porportion of these features and where on the face they are also make us look different. It also has to do with your bone structure and how your skull is shaped and how your eyes, nose, etc are set.

Because we all have two eyes, two ears, one mouth, and one nose, and on all of our faces those features are shaped, sized and spaced slightly differently.
