Try at about 10 or 11... it's not too early, but it's early enough that the sales people won't be like "oh god, it's another one". Also try to be nice to them so they will give you (relatively) honest advice and the good makeup.

I advise u 2 go early preferbaly when its only bin open half and hour as no one else will be in the shop n none of the make up will have bin used yet!
