Clean the house. No, I'm serious. A woman has a primal nesting instinct and a dirty house causes stress (OK, a big generalization, but one that is often true.) Also, they often get frustrated with men who couldn't care less if the carpet under the couch has been vacuumed. Cleaning the house is a tremendous gesture that shows that you care about her needs. Top it off with cooking her a nice meal (something other than steaks and beer) and you won't be able to keep her hands off of you. (Works for me.)
That, and of course, take your time getting her in the mood. Learn to enjoy the foreplay. Remember that men are goal oriented and women are process oriented. Enjoy the process of sex, not just the goal. Who know? You might like it.

You don't get her in your state of mind.
Won't happen.
What you do is work for compromise. This includes being unselfish. Recognizing that not being in the mood is valid and not a rejection of you. This includes complimenting her on her looks, and on how she pleases you. Sure, she doesn't do everything perfect, she isn't excited about the position or act that you are pining for, but get over it. Some of it was great and tell her so. Let her know that you can't get enough of sex with her. Let her know that you will be appreciative of what you get.
Its just like anything else in marriage. You work it out. If you are a good husband and considerate of things she wants, then she will probably be considerate of what you want. She will extend herself more than she would choose on her own, because she wants to please you. It won't be as much as you want, but it will be lots, and it will be good.
Finally, some day, your appetites may cross (lots of married couples have their best most frequent sex in their 40's) and then YOU may be the one that needs to give up a little more than you would choose on your own. And you will.
Married sex is great. My wife of 25 years has what it takes and she knows how to use it. Because we have tried hard to be unselfish, she has tried through the years to step up and dish it out, even if she would rather not. At this point, we are about even in our libido. I'm thinking in a year or two I won't be able to keep up with her.

I wonder if your wife wants to know how to get you in her state of mind! Try doing doing half the stuff I'm sure she does and then see if you want sex ALL the time. Then maybe if you pleased her more she would.

Sex all the time? That would get pretty boring. You need to take part in making sex special for her so that she will want to do it more with you. It has to be something you share, not just something you do to her. If you give her a lot of pleasure, she will want to have sex that will please you both.

Women find things like you doing the dishes, running the sweeper, etc..., sexy. The reason for this is it is one less stress she has in her day. When she feels like you are trying to help her have less stress, it shows you care about her. Really. I know this sounds corny. When she is less rushed & stressed, maybe in a few days, take her on a romantic dinner. You won't regret it. But dont push it. Just a man asking for sex is a turnoff for some women. When my ex asked me bluntly for sex, I wanted to beat him. It was annoying.

Women like sex, but not if its forced on them. Not all the time anyway ;) Talk to her, maybe there is something that you could do more or less of that would help.

you can't. just accept it and join the club. seriously, do not pressure it. make your self available and make her relaxed. when she is relaxed, she is more open. do nice things (not sexually related) for her without the mention or expectation of sex. then when she comes to you, it will be better than if you had kept asking for it.
